This can happen if your payroll account remains connected to your account even after you close your account. To prevent this, please unlink your payroll from your Investable account before initiating the withdrawal and closure process. To fully stop contributions, you'll need to log into your employer's payroll platform and remove Investable as a deposit destination. Removing the payroll link from your Investable dashboard alone is not sufficient.
