How do I withdraw my funds?

To withdraw funds, you need to link your bank account in your Investable dashboard. We cannot return funds to your employer or payroll provider. Once linked, and after all funds have settled, including any applicable holding periods or promotional reward vesting, you can request a withdrawal to your bank. Withdrawals typically take 1–5 business days once initiated.

Once your balance has been transferred, you can either leave your account open or contact us to close it. If you decide to close it out, first ensure your payroll contributions are stopped by logging into your employer’s payroll portal and removing Investable as a deposit destination. If you skip this step, new deposits may continue even after your account is closed. Removing the payroll link from your Investable dashboard alone is not sufficient.

Note: Our custodian enforces a daily limit of $50,000 for both deposits and withdrawals. If you need to transfer an amount above this limit, exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] to request a higher limit.
