How do I close my account?

To close your account, follow these steps:

  1. Stop future contributions: Log into your employer’s payroll system and unlink your Investable deposit. If you skip this step, your account may continue receiving funds, even after closure. Removing the payroll link from your Investable dashboard alone is not sufficient.

  2. Link a bank account: In your Investable dashboard, connect a bank account so we can return your remaining balance.

  3. Withdraw your funds: After your contributions and rewards have fully settled, initiate a withdrawal to your bank account.

  4. Resolve any negative balance: If your account has a negative balance, you’ll need to bring it back to zero before closure is possible.

  5. Contact support: Once your balance is withdrawn and payroll is unlinked, email [email protected] to request closure.

We cannot close accounts with unsettled deposits, ongoing payroll contributions, or a negative balance.
